Besides the high competition for the dwindling number of high quality homes for sale, getting the funding and the right valuation are other aspects causing a lot of anxiety. Arno at Nobel Hypotheken solved various pain points in my home buying journey. He was helpful in educating me on the market; patient and understanding in managing the emotions around the bidding process and later the mortgage application. He's also very accessible via phone and WhatsApp which helps in making quick and informed decisions. He also speaks very fluent English and communicates clearly. Overall I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Arno also surprised me with a bottle of champers on the date of signing my mortgage!
