★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some Nonnapepa 'Tagliatelle' at Marqt.. think it was actually thick strips of Gnocchi... 'Kooktijd 1 minuut' ?... took about half an hour to cook and had the heavy chewy texture of bland boiled potatoes mixed with bland soft flour.. nothing Italian about it apart from the name.. VERY disappointing.
PS: Perhaps 'strips of Gnocchi' is unfair.. it's actually more like Spätzle, made from the Rhine to Hungary, and as far south as the Tyrol, some of which is in Italy.
But please, don't call it Tagliatelle.
