I have requested my ebike subscription cancellation almost 5 weeks ago and then they booked me in a time to return the bike 11/3 and when it's the time to return Just before 3 hours I have been notified that my return time has been changed, it's too short notice for changing the schedule hence I could not return instead I kept paying till last week as I have been asking many many times for a schedule to return the bloody bike for last 3 weeks and no effective solutions so far.
I dont want to keep paying for something that I don't need anymore and it's not my fault that you guys can't make an arrangement to get back your bike so why would I pay for your delay ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can subscribe easily just simple click online, but omg you can not unsubscribe forever. To unsubscribe their bike, for some reason you need to contact to customer support, but you can not reach them.
No one answer their customer service by phone, no one answer forever whatsapp, no one replay their email.
so simply you are just keep paying.
And normally the Noord Bike has GPS, but it's broken. Even repair request through whatsapp, they are never answer. Phone call is impossible.
so better find other company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't ever use them, the bikes don't have full insurance, they break often and they are slow with swapping the bikes. My bike got recently stolen and I paid the stolen bike fee but they continue to charge me for bike every week and they aren't replying to my emails

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no help center at all, one month cancellation policy meaning you pay for one month after termination and finally charged me two extra weeks (would be many more hadn't i noticed) after the termination. The bike is good the company is not.
