★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, helpful and efficient. I was stuck with a flat wanting to get going asap, and despite being busy they turned my bike around within an hour. Nice Bagel n Beans not far away to have a coffee while you wait. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a flat back tyre, i approached Ton's repair shop to fix my cycle. They sent me an SMS saying it was fixed. While returning, i could see that the tyre was getting flat again. I approached Ton's shop the next day, asking for a refund (with pics) but they declined and said i have to get the cycle to their shop if i want it fixed. Problem is, i live 10 kms from that shop and it's not possible for me to do that. On finding another repair shop near my house, i realised that the bladder was damaged. So I assume they never gave me a new bladder, yet charged me for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with a pedal. The guy said I need to replace the pedal. I asked several times how much it is going to cost in total including service and new pedal, just to get clear estimate regarding price because I had a limited budget. However, when I returned to pick up my bike, I was really disappointed to see that total price was 10 euro bigger than I previously was informed. I really feel fooled because I explicitly asked several times about total price. Moreover, after one month my pedal cracked. I will never use their service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live nearby and visit often and always find the service excellent. Recently I had a full tune up and notice one of my pedals needed more attention. They fixed it with a discount and even left a bell on my bike at no extra cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boys are always ready to help and think about the best possible solutions with a smile. Always friendly, even when the client can be a bit of a pain in the @#$( me? Never! ). The rental bikes are of good quality and very comfortable. would definitely reccomend! Keep up the good work!
