★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ineens een dwangbevel gekregen + aanmaning kosten. Blijken de vorige brieven en herinneringen naar verkeerd adres gestuurd te zijn. Gelukkig na een brief sturen en 1 telefoontje er achter aan netjes opgelost.
Wel een tip: Mocht er een brief en/of mail binnen komen, stuur dan een bevestiging van ontvangst + eventuele aantal werkdagen voor reactie. Scheelt wat telefoontjes bij jullie telefoon centrale.
 Suddenly received a writ of execution + demand for costs. The previous letters and reminders appear to have been sent to the wrong address. Fortunately, after sending a letter and 1 phone call, it was neatly resolved.
A tip: If a letter and/or e-mail arrives, please send a confirmation of receipt + possible number of working days for a response. Saves some phone calls at your telephone exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent me letters to address I didn't live in, and when I proof it I lived somewhere else, they try to argue with me and make things very complicated. Ask to collect documents from 5 years ago and when submitted, it was closed and I have to pay more penalty. How can this be legal? Thuggish behaviour from the staff who work with 100 years old Dutch SOP.
And I read more about people having the same issue.. is there nobody in the government that regulate this organisation? Or read the complaints the public have? Appalling!
