★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live around the corner from Nora. I by no means shop here daily, but I go in often as it is on my way to work. The woman there knows me. I've always been treated nicely, and they are very helpful. However, today I attempted to return/exchange an item I purchased last week, and was treated extremely rudely. I was waiting patiently in line behind a customer to return/exchange the item. I was in no rush, however the woman kept speaking around the customer asking me to more or less leave; that she could only help this customer and not me. I'm not sure why she felt this way, as I was by no means requesting her to stop with that client (that would be weird), or that she needed to hurry in any way. I'm disappointed in her behavior, because 1) I like the store, and 2) I would have happily bought something worth even more if she had provided some flexibility (and wasn't acting a tad crazy). Instead of taking back a $15 pillow in exchange for many more purchases from me that day, and in the future, I instead won't be going back. That's a shame. One would assume shop owners understand this basic business principal.

I bought several pieces as presents for friends back home, and also a few for myself ? in addition, the owner was so very sweet and helpful. We will recommend this store to anyone traveling to Amsterdam!

I’m not sure what was the lady’s name but I would call her angel, I truly felt like I know her. She was so nice and helpful, after we chose the gifts she gave us a discount and she gave me a bracelet for free ( I joked and told her my husband wouldn’t buy me gifts) she told me not to be sad, I will give you a gift and she even closed it for me?❤️ I didn’t take it off for over than a week, I took it off because I didn’t want it to be ruined. Would definitely visit her the next time I’m in Amsterdam. ❤️
