★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can I also give 0 stars? Communication to the customer is terrible and annoying. If you have a complaint, service does NOT exist with this company. They start a discussion and do not offer any solution. You have to go after a solution yourself and in the end you are left with nothing. If you confront the company about this, you will be blocked. I think it's a bit of a scam... Not recommended!
Also funny that I get a reply after one month, again with no solution and not seeking any further contact with me. Only reacting on my review and placing a new one with 5 stars from someone who works there. Everything for the face of the company but definitely not for helping the customer.
Kan ik ook 0 sterren geven? Communicatie naar de klant is slecht en vervelend. Bij een klacht bestaat service, naar mijn idee, NIET bij dit bedrijf. Ze gaan de discussie met je aan en bieden geen enkele oplossing. Je moet zelf overal achteraan en blijft uiteindelijk met niks achter. Wanneer je het bedrijf hiermee confronteert word je geblokkeerd. Ik vind het iets hebben van oplichterij... Geen aanrader!
