Waited 15 min for service in an empty restaurant and then was sent away and told to wait at the table by a high pitched lady who was slouched over one of the bar chairs when I asked for service. Can’t judge the food as we didn’t want to stick around much longer. Two stars for clean toilets and nice deco.

Seating was fast Staff was very courteous and polite They helped us translate the menu until we discovered the English version was on the last two pages Ambiance was lively. Food was good and well presented Had teriyaki chicken, sea bass, beef appetizer and salad For North Americans portion are on the smaller side but they were filling Pricing was reasonable Great location in Zaandam. Many great restaurants in the square

M	Murat Fidan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly stuffs, but i can't say it was one of my best place. Tables and chairs are to close to each other, you don't seat that fine. It wasn't comfortable at all. To serve the service you could have seen it was even to hard for stuffs . So hopefully they may make some changes so you can seat and relax..

I asked when they will serve the answer was quoting "I don't know". The mouse with icecream came long after 40 min. Very bad experience, unprofessional and with bad attitude. Won't be coming back for Saturday catch up with friends

Serving is a professionalism, putting youngster in serving position is something to reconsider. Was sitting at the bar, while waiting for the table and the bar tender girl asked another employee, who is ordering tomato juice. Why would and what kind of person order this. Keep those internal chats from the customer and dont let that kind of unprofessional people running your business. We asked if we could place or orders and be done by 20:00. She said she didnt know. The only right answer was, we will make that happen. Overall, the serving quality is even for european standards very very poor. Rather take the minimum loan out, and let them work for their money. Food quality was ok, but the amount of unprofessional serving actions made it a sad experience. Due to covid you had 2 years to build a good team. Is a shame we spend our taxes to support this kind of businesses during covid and this is what we get in return.
