★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't allowed to sit at the table in the restaurant because I wanted to have only coffee with dessert. The tables are only for those who has "dinner". Staff is friendly, but the policies are disturbing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a call in this restaurant and talked to a woman who mentioned that she’s the team lead or “leidinggevende”. I bought a social deal coupon and made a reservation this Friday at 17:00. I called to ask if I can come in a bit later like 17:30-18:00. She said that it’s not possible and only other option is at 20:00. I insisted to talk to the manager either the woman or her husband as I’ve already dined in their restaurant before and they’re more friendlier. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with said that they’re on holidays. I said furthermore that the restaurant is already full between 17:00 - 19:00 knowing that I’ve called on a Wednesday and this Friday is no special event. She doesn’t even dare check the reservations book and just said bluntly and she doesn’t allow me to come late except only for 17:00 or 20:00.
Really a bad service or bad team leader to be specific as I knew that the real owners are really nice people. Hope they can read this review and teach this team leader what customer experience means and the relevance of it.
By the way, I called in at 20:00 Wednesday May 1, 2019. Just in case you need to check who’s working on this time and who this woman I talked to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the chateubriand and it was really good plus the wine from Bodegas Muga, super. Staff is super friendly, service very good. We felt really welcome, would come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved this place, the tuna carpaccio was so fresh it was crazy, the salmon was perfectly cooked and the dame blanche desert lovely. The staff were super friendly and the service was great. The atmosphere is cosy and they have blankets if you get a bit cold.

Sadly the dishes lacked bold flavours. More seasoning (including salting the meat a day in advance) would really help the dishes.
Still worth checking it out.
