★ ★ ★ ★ ★ asked lady at entrance if she could print out 1 page for me.....i was abruptly told NO. when my partner asked where in town we could find use of a printer and she was told she wont give this information. unwilling and unhelpful at the slightest request. i recommend she may reconsider helping people as a small gesture with the hope of keeping the company alive in these trying times with the hope of repeat business, especially the hospitality industry, I wont be returning and wont be recommending. all over a single piece of black and white paper. well done you've just cost yourself a future customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel has a convenient location close to the Belgium/Netherlands border. Parking was free and breakfast included. Hotel has an outside refreshing pool. Staff is very friendly. -1 star is for room cleanliness that could be better and be careful as the checkout time is 11:00 and not 12:00!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prefer that Early Check-in be allowed and not charged extra for that --- especially when Guest are going to have an extend stay of around 25+ days. Also the Parking charges of 5 euro per day should be waived for such guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking used to he free here. Nowadays it is 5 Euros a night and you have to pick up tolens at reception everytime you wish to exit. Who builds this in times of barcodes and QR-codes?
Personnel partly unfriendly.
One day, only half of our room was serviced.
Before last night, our room was not serviced at all. After asking in a really friendly manner, they called me 20 mins later and told me that we are "stayovers" and that is was done so on purpose. Sorry, Novotel, we booked four nights and we stayed four nights.
A disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here 2 months ago. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Started talking to us like she owned the hotel and got very upset because we slept over for 1 hour too late. Hopefully she gets better soon.
