★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit disappointing. It feels like no one is taking care about it. Dirty floor on the way to your room, both bathroom and hotel room need some renovations. So why 3 stars and not less? The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine (except for the coffee. I couldn't drink.. and I'm a coffee addict. This tells everything, I guess). They had a nice outdoor swimming pool. We didn't make use of it but quite some people had fun there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid 153 euro + 5 euro parking for one night staying. The room was small and I could easily hear the noise from the corridor. The breakfast was very simple. The bar was nice, only service was very slow. The counter was very busy. As a conclusion, not the best, not the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complaints. Friendly staff, nice breakfast with a great choice and chef will prepare eggs for you of your liking if you ask.
I was in Rotterdam for work and stayed 2 nights.
Rooms are well equipped and spacious, good shower, very tidy and staff came and cleaned room during the day, I was out working.
Room has usual amenities and also has secure coded safe and a small fridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the parking costs were unclear. The room was cold, weird smell and outdated. It was hard to get the room heated.
The receptionist didn`t seem to bother to give good service during check in.
The safe in the room was already locked (was not able to open it) and I have called a couple of times but the reception simply didn't pick up the phone.
The location was good. The entrance looked really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall this was a good stay - we use the hotel when visiting relatives in Vlaardingen. The room is large and comfortable and the staff are welcoming.
A couple of negatives - we were not supplied with extra cups and coffee on the first day. Getting back into the. Car park can take a while. Given the charge on the car park I think that number recognition would be good rather than having to buzz and wait for the staff to open the barrier,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a GOOD hotel. It is very clean, very tidy and the staff are VERY helpful. They provided advice about local areas, bicycles to rent and much more. The restaurant and bar staff are very kind and friendly. They engage with the visitors and make you feel welcome and included. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed staying there.
I thank the staff for the kindest and interest in my welfare. I will definitely stay there again.
