Omdat ik niet in Alkmaar woon, heb ik de dag erna meteen even gebeld. De mevrouw aan de telefoon bood meteen haar excuses aan en we kwamen samen tot de oplossing dat ik mijn hengsels naar haar zou opsturen. En zij dan weer nieuwe, gelijke, naar mij terug zou sturen. Super oplossing! Scheelt een hoop gereis, tijd en geld. Louisa, hartelijk dank voor de goede en snelle service! O Wow! Last weekend I bought my first O bag. When I got home, I found that the handles were different. Because I do not live in Alkmaar, I immediately called the next day. The lady on the phone immediately apologized and together we came to the solution that I would send my handles to her. And she would send new, equal ones back to me. Super solution! Saves a lot of travel, time and money. Louisa, thank you very much for the good and fast service!

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik ben echt super blij met mijn prachtige parafina zonnebril gemaakt van kurk en gerecycled plastic! Daarnaast ga ik zeker terug voor een mooi horloge van bamboe die je daar kan kopen! Very nice store that is tightly decorated. Nadat er helaas op onverklaarbare wijze een scheur in het montuur was gekomen zijn we teruggegaan naar de winkel. Ontzettend goede service van de verkoopster. Enorm behulpzaam en ze had al van tevoren gekeken welke modellen gelijk waren aan de zonnebril. Geld terug was ook een optie maar totaal niet nodig in een winkel met zo een leuk aanbod! Ook meteen twee leuke en betaalbare horloges voor de kinderen meegenomen. Helemaal top! Beautiful sunglasses from parafina purchased at the O-shop. Unfortunately, after an inexplicable crack in the frame, we went back to the store. Incredibly good service from the saleswoman. Extremely helpful and she had looked in advance which models were the same as the sunglasses. Money back was also an option but totally unnecessary in a store with such a nice offer! Also two nice and affordable watches for the kids. Absolutely great!
