Always fresh from the farm. Own cultivation I was always very satisfied. Nice and friendly even at peak times. I can only recommend to everyone!!!

Eigentlich war ich immer zufrieden mit Auswahl und Qualität der Produkte, Service im Verkauf in Willich. Was mir jedoch heute Morgen begegnet ist, war alles andere als freundlich und wie ich es jederzeit gewohnt war. Eine Verkäuferin die mich mit dem Rücken zum Kunden , also gar nicht begrüßt hat und mich dazu noch angepampt hat, weil ich in Corona Zeiten meinen eigenen Einkaufskorb nutzen möchte (was von netten Kolleginnen bislang immer erlaubt wurde) , weil zum einen deren nicht desinfiziert und zum anderen ich mein Obst gerne beulenfrei ohne mehrmals umzupacken nach Hause bekommen möchte. Dann war um 9h noch nicht mal die Elstar Apfel Kiste aufgefüllt, wo unten der Rest verbeult und ziemlich mitgenommen aussah, auf meine Feststellung wurde ich erneut eines besseren belehrt, das dem ja so nicht ist. Vielleicht wäre diese Verkäuferin besser hinten im Lager aufgehoben, wo nicht stetiger Kundenkontakt herrscht. Finde auch in solch schwierigen Zeiten kann man jederzeit kundenfreundlich, serviceorientiert und zuvorkommend sein, das setze ich einfach voraus. Wie gut, das es einige andere Obst und Gemüsehändler in der Region gibt. Man ist immer noch zahlender Kunde und möchte auch so behandelt werden. I would like to share my experiences as a regular customer for many years. Actually, I have always been satisfied with the selection and quality of the products and the sales service in Willich. However, what I encountered this morning was anything but friendly and as I was used to at all times. A saleswoman who did not greet me with her back to the customer and who also pampered me because I want to use my own shopping basket in Corona times (which has always been allowed by nice colleagues) because, on the one hand, they are not disinfected and on the other hand, I would like to get my fruit home free of bumps without repacking it several times. Then at 9 o'clock the Elstar apple box was not even filled, where the rest of the bottom looked dented and quite worn out, on my discovery I was once again taught a better thing, which is not the case. Perhaps this saleswoman would be better off in the back of the warehouse, where there is not constant customer contact. Even in such difficult times, you can always be customer-friendly, service-oriented and courteous, I simply assume that. How good that there are several other greengrocers in the region. You're still a paying customer and want to be treated that way.

Sehr zu empfehlen! A really nice and well-stocked shop with agricultural products and meat from our own hunt. The prices are reasonable to cheap. We recommend!

Wir kommen gerne hierher und decken uns regelmäßig mit den selbst hergestellten Produkten ein. Nice store, friendly staff. Whether fresh fruit, meat or Christmas trees in December, everything is available at a fair price. We love coming here and regularly stock up on the homemade products.
