★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag langs geweest. Het was druk, toch zichtbaar dat mensen daar meer dan hun best doen om de patient goed te helpen. Werd goed naar mij geluisterd (in spreekkamer) en prima verder geholpen. Merci
Today was by. It was busy, yet visible that people do more than their best to help the patient. Was listened to me well (in a consultation room) and helped fine further. Merci

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aardige mensen maar nu ben ik niet zo tevreden ik heb altijd dermovate zalf nu kreeg ik een alternatief het is nu ëën en al ellende terwijl me beloofd was dat het het zelfde was nou mooi niet dit vind ik niet prettig
Nice people but now I'm not so satisfied I always have dermovate ointment now I got an alternative it's all misery now while I was promised it was the same well not beautiful I don't like this

Medewerkers die uit de hoogte doen, bij drukte apotheek komen medewerkers niet helpen aan de balie maar blijven ze achteloos, aantrekkend van niets achter de computer zitten of de medicatie aanvullen.
De hoofd apotheker is belachelijk slecht te verstaan en praat luidkeels aan de telefoon in het buitenlands.
Ook loopt hij erbij als een sloddervos. Hygiene is bij de man ver te zoeken.
BENU, Verkoop aub de apotheek aan iemand die meer oog voor de klant en voor zijn zaak heeft!

Employees who act aloof, when the pharmacy is busy, employees do not come to help at the counter, but instead remain carelessly at the computer, attracted by nothing or supplement the medication.
The chief pharmacist is ridiculously hard to understand and speaks loudly on the phone in foreign.
He also looks like a mess. Hygiene is hard to find in men.
BENU, Please sell the pharmacy to someone who is more interested in the customer and his business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De apotheker is een kwal! Hoe kan het zijn dat de grootste apotheekketen van Nederland zo een waardeloze, niet Nederlands sprekende apotheker aanstelt?
Zorg staat zeer waarschijnlijk niet hoog in de vaandel bij deze apotheek. Ik raad iedereen een bezoek hier ten zeerste af!
The pharmacist is a jellyfish! How is it possible that the largest pharmacy chain in the Netherlands appoints such a worthless, non-Dutch speaking pharmacist?
Care is most likely not very important to this pharmacy. I strongly advise against a visit here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne apotheek met deskindig personeel. Ben hier goed geholpen. Goede adviezen gekregen naast de medicatie waar ik echt wat mee kan.
Nice pharmacy with knowledgeable staff. Got good help here. Received good advice in addition to the medication that I can really do something with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nog nooit zo'n beroerde apotheek gehad. Geleverde pillen kloppen niet in aantallen met het voorgeschreven recept. Medicijnen die voor een heel ander persoon zijn thuis geleverd gekregen. Hopelijk komt er gauw een "echte" apotheek in ons dorp waar we wel op kunnen vertrouwen.
Never had such a lousy pharmacy before. Supplied pills do not match the prescribed prescription in numbers. Medicines that have been delivered at home for a completely different person. Hopefully there will soon be a "real" pharmacy in our village that we can rely on.
