oefentherapie hebben mij na drie behandelingen en daarnaast ook zelf oefenen al heel veel verlichting gebracht.Was ik hier maar eerder achter gekomen, want dit gaat mij echt helpen veel of al mijn nekklachten achter me te laten.
After physio, manual, dry needling and osteopathy I ended up with Linda den Otter after many years of neck complaints.
After three treatments and also practicing myself, exercise therapy has already brought a lot of relief to me, if only I would have found this out earlier, because this will really help me to put a lot of or all of my neck complaints behind me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige therapeut, was hier met lage rugpijn klachten. Linda heeft een combinatie van massage, Cesartherapie (houdingverbetering) en fysio toegepast. Ik herken nu als de pijn er weer eens aankomt en kan dan preventief aan de de slag.
Great therapist, was here with low back pain complaints. Linda has applied a combination of massage, Cesartherapy (posture improvement) and physio. I now recognize when the pain is coming again and can then work preventively.

I had severe neck / shoulder / arm complaints and Linda helped me to reduce these complaints with a combination of Mensendieck and Guasha therapy.
