Making an appointment with my doctor is not easy: after two days with a replacement or possibly earlier a telephone consultation. I don't like that!
S	Silverman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb hier helaas slechte ervaringen gehad. Ten eerste werd ik niet geïntroduceerd aan mijn eigen huisarts en kreeg ik steeds iemand anders die ik niet kende. Wat ik best irritant vond aangezien ik ook steeds de vraag kreeg wie mijn huisarts was. Dit wist ik dus niet en heb dat nooit geweten tot de dag van vandaag. Erg onprofessioneel eigenlijk. Daarnaast is mijn laatste ervaring ook niet erg aangenaam geweest. Ik heb een verkeerde diagnose gehad waardoor ik uiteindelijk op de spoedeisende hulp ben beland. Dit heeft me niet alleen veel stress bezorgd maar ook extra onnodige kosten. Ook omdat ik steeds iemand anders kreeg had ik het idee dat er niet echt werd gekeken naar mijn probleem. Erg slecht, maar ik ben dus hier ook weg! Unfortunately I have had bad experiences here. Firstly, I was not introduced to my own doctor and I always got someone else I didn't know. What I found quite annoying since I was always asked who my doctor was. So I didn't know this and I never knew it until today. Very unprofessional actually. In addition, my last experience has not been very pleasant either. I had a wrong diagnosis, so I ended up in the emergency department. This has not only caused me a lot of stress, but also additional unnecessary costs. Also because I always got someone else I had the idea that my problem wasn't really looked at. Very bad, but I am also leaving here!

Dokter van veen!! weigert me op te zoeken er werd de vraag gesteld of het niet mogelijk was dat iemand mijn urine kon komen inleveren ondanks ze weet dat mijn baarmoeder vrijdag behandeld is wil ze uitsluiten dat het geen blaasontsteking is. huisbezoek is niet mogelijk volgens onze geleerden dokter van veen zijn daar tijden aan verbonden dus de enige optie die ik kreeg is : 1 daar zelf heen (is niet mogelijk haal de wc niet eens van de pijn) 2 iemand sturen met urine ?? 3 morgen tussen 12 en 2 kan ze langs komen want dan gelden te bezoektijden weer ik raad iedereen deze huisartsenpraktijk af! ik ben van mening dat een dokter je in alle tijden moet helpen zeker als je smeekt om hulp maar naar de ervaring van vandaag is het duidelijk dat het pure productie werk is en dat dokter van veen daar puur voor haar centen zit.!! zorg in deze huisartsenpraktijk voor de medemens is zorgwekkend en ver te zoeken !!! very bad care I am currently breaking my uterus. De service is zoals je mag verwachten van een gezondheidscentrum. Vakkundig en vriendelijk. Complaints about not being able to call SGE Prinsejagt are absolutely untrue. You will even be called back if you want. The service is as you would expect from a health center. Skilled and friendly.

I burned my feet one evening severely and the next morning I called the clinic to ask if I could come by. They said this wasn't possible if I wasn't registerd and that I should contact my clinic in Almere (2+ hours away), where I was registered. After calling my clinic in Almere they told me it would have been appropriate to let me come by the clinic, so I called another clinic in Eindhoven and could make an appointment promptly. I give two stars because I couldn't make an appointment and wasn't helped, but at least the saying 'no' was done politely and professionally.
S	S Joy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good. Smart and effective. Knows to find solution to every problem. But girls in reception are very rude and stupid. Ask stupid questions on phone like why you are sick, who told you are sick etc. Except for the professional doctors, other staff are not polite and talk in rude blunt Dutch way. Very unacceptable!!
