★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a soap and after a month and a half of not receiving my order I asked to get my orders refund "Het is ver voorbij het punt dat je zei dat je me meer informatie zou e-mailen. Annuleer mijn bestelling en betaal mijn aankoop terug.". This is the reply I got "hier in Nederland vinden we het niet prettig als we GECOMMANDEERD worden..... graag wat vriendelijker vragen zou ik zeggen, ...." . After I told them that here in The Netherlands and anywhere else you need to need to deliver a product or service to get paid they refunded my purchase. For that they get 2 stars instead of 1 but I don't appreciate any conversation starting with "here in the Netherlands".

Cancel my order and pay my purchase back.". This is the reply I got "here in the Netherlands we don't like it when we are COMMANDED ..... I would like to ask a bit more kindly questions, ....".
