Ohrenbarung hat sehr professionel mein Problem für kleines Geld gelöst und ich hatte Glück im Unglück gehabt das ich mir kein Steuergerät geschrottet hab. Had a short phone call today on Saturday. Request and get an appointment for today. The problem was my Android China radio which I ignorantly installed without function. Ear revelation solved my problem very professionally for little money and I was lucky in the misfortune that I did not destroy a control unit.

Die Beratung war sehr freundlich und man hat uns geraten erst einmal das Ergebnis abzuwarten und nicht gleich auch noch neue Lautsprecher angeboten. Die Einweisung war sehr ausführlich und das neue Pioneer macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Uns war wichtig die original Lenkradfernbedienung zu erhalten. Alle Wünsche wurden perfekt umgesetzt. The advice was very friendly and we were advised to wait for the result and not to be offered new speakers right away. The briefing was very detailed and the new Pioneer makes a very good impression. M	Mi DoMa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tja, was soll man sagen... Eigentlich wollte ich ein Autoradio kaufen. Jedoch durfte ich im Regen draußen vor der Tür stehen bleiben. Bevor ich sagen durfte, was ich wollte, wurde ich erstmal darauf hingewiesen, dass ich erst mit dem Fahrzeug vorbei kommen muss, damit man sehen kann, welche Adapter und weiteres Zubehör nötig wären. Der Hinweis, dass ich schon ein anderes Radio in das Fahrzeug eingebaut hätte, welches auch ohne Can-Bus-Adapter lief, wurde ignoriert. Davon abgesehen, würde er auch kein Radio so verkaufen, da er daran ja nur 60 Euro verdienen würde. Wenn dann müsste das auch dort eingebaut werden. Eine Empfehlung eines Radios aufgrund meine Ausstattungswünsche wurde ebenfalls nicht gegeben. Ich habe dann ein Radio bei einem anderen Händler erworben, welches ich dann heute direkt eingebaut habe. Oh Wunder, das funktioniert sogar ohne die angekündigten Zubehörteile im Wert von bis zu 200 Euro. Ich bin froh, dass ich dort nicht gekauft habe und einbauen lassen habe. Das wäre wahrscheinlich unnötig teuer geworden. Davon abgesehen, geht man so nicht mit Kunden um. Ein Freund von mir hatte vor wenigen Wochen mit einem VW-Bus ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht. Man möchte den örtlichen Einzelhandel unterstützen, aber offenbar gehts einigen Leuten doch noch zu gut. Well, what can I say... I actually wanted to buy a car radio. However, I was allowed to stand outside the door in the rain. Before I was allowed to say what I wanted, I was told that I first had to bring the vehicle to see what adapters and other accessories would be needed. The hint that I had already installed another radio in the vehicle, which also worked without a CAN bus adapter, was ignored. Apart from that, he wouldn't sell a radio like that either, since he would only earn 60 euros from it. If so, that would have to be installed there as well. A recommendation of a radio based on my equipment requirements was also not given. I then bought a radio from another dealer, which I installed directly today. Oh wonder, it even works without the advertised accessories worth up to 200 euros. I'm glad I didn't buy there and have it installed. That would probably have become unnecessarily expensive. That being said, that's not how you treat customers. A friend of mine had a similar experience with a VW bus a few weeks ago. You want to support the local retail trade, but apparently some people are still doing too well.
