Hiermee is mijn uitstraling zo veel zachter en mooier geworden. Ik ben heel dankbaar. Na een week werd ik opgebeld dat de bril klaarlag.Vorige week beweerde ik nog dat ik nooit een bril op heb alleen voor tv kijken en het Concertgebouw!.Het is een fijne bril en ik heb er geen last van! Ik ben lastig te meten, maar de opticien nam alle tijd om een zo goed mogelijke uitkomst aan mij te bieden. Ook kreeg ik goed en eerlijk advies bij het uitkiezen van een montuur. Bij Olbers en IJlstra is de klant duidelijk koning en proberen ze iedereen zo zorgvuldig en goed mogelijk te helpen. Je kan altijd langs komen als er iets is. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de kwaliteiten en klantvriendelijkheid van deze opticiens en ik kan iedereen deze zaak dan ook zeker aanraden! O	Olga Wolbink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een aantal maanden mijn nieuwe bril gedragen te hebben , was ik niet tevreden over de glazen. De nieuwe eigenaar Nico Wals, heeft opnieuw een oogmeting gedaan. Na goed geluisterd te hebben wat ik graag zou willen, dezelfde sterkte glas voor mijn luie oog waar ik weinig mee kan zien. Het werd altijd afgeraden om dat te doen, het zou geen verbetering geven. Wat ben ik blij dat nu dezelfde sterkte glazen in mijn bril zitten, het is een hele verbetering. Kosteloos heb ik de nieuwe glazen gekregen. After listening carefully to what I would like, the same strength glass for my lazy eye that I cannot see much with. It was always advised not to do that, it would not improve. Ik werd daar zeer vriendelijk en deskundig geholpen: een zorgvuldige oogmeting vond plaats en ook bij het uitzoeken van het montuur volgde een goed en eerlijk advies. Na enige tijd dragen van de bril twijfelde ik over het leesgedeelte in mijn glazen, dit probleem werd serieus genomen en zonder problemen werden er andere glazen voor mij besteld zodat ik kon testen of dit een beter effect had. Het personeel geeft steeds aan : “Altijd terugkomen bij problemen, dan lossen we het op.” , klant wordt op gemak gesteld, zij willen het beste voor de klant, dit geeft dan ook een zeer prettig /rustig gevoel. Een fijne winkel met persoonlijke aandacht voor de klant, aan te raden dus! I recently bought new glasses from optician Olbers and Ijlstra.
