★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een ontzettende slechte service, ik had shoesme sandalen voor mijn dochtertje gekocht waar ze grote blaren van kreeg en constant viel ze er mee en bovendien waren de sandalen veel te breed voor haar voetjes (was dus verkeerd geadviseerd, ik heb het ook na laten kijken door mensen die in andere zeer bekende schoenenwinkels hebben gewerkt en waren ook van mening dat ze niet goed paste) ze zeiden dat ze niks voor ons konden betekenen. Al waren ze ons maar tegemoed gekomen met een oplossing dan was ik al tevreden geweest, maar ga nooit meer iets kopen bij Omoda, ik krijg het idee dat ze alleen maar willen verkopen zonder echt te kijken wat het beste past bij kind :(
 What a terrible bad service, I had bought shoesme sandals for my daughter that made her have big blisters and she fell all the time and besides that the sandals were way too wide for her feet (so was advised wrong, I also had it checked by people who have worked in other very well known shoe stores and also thought they didn't fit well) they said they couldn't help us. If only they had come to us with a solution, I would have been satisfied, but will never buy anything from Omoda again, I get the idea that they only want to sell without really looking at what suits children best :(

Een dag geleden Johan Cruijff schoenen gekocht aangezien ze toch klein vielen, volgende dag toch maar eens naar Omoda schoenen geweest. Bij aankomst heb ik aangegeven dat ik de schoenen wou retouren i.v.m schoenmaat. Hebben ze mijn schoenen meegenomen naar achteren en geen flauw idee wat ze daar met mijn schoenen hebben gedaan, vervolgens voor mij gelegd en aangegeven dat de achterkant van mijn schoenen plastic afgeeft en dat ze dus daardoor de schoen niet meer kunnen doorverkopen en dusdanig niet meer kunnen aannemen. Mijn advies aan mensen die hier schoenen willen kopen, een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor twee, als je maat te klein valt en je hebt ze een keer buiten gedragen, doen ze er alles aan om je schoenen niet meer aan te nemen. De bon die je meekrijgt stelt absoluut niks voor. Koop nooit een schoen hier. BAH BAH.
Very bad this.
A day ago I bought Johan Cruijff shoes as they were small, next day I went to Omoda shoes. On arrival I indicated that I wanted to return the shoes due to shoe size. Did they take my shoes back and have no clue what they did with my shoes there, then laid them in front of me and indicated that the back of my shoes gives off plastic and that they can therefore no longer resell the shoe and can therefore no longer sell take. My advice to people who want to buy shoes here, a warned person counts for two, if your size is too small and you have worn them once outside, they will do everything they can to no longer take your shoes. The voucher that you get is absolutely nothing. Never buy a shoe here. BAH BAH.
