Ze heeft ons super goed geholpen! Goed advies gekregen over wat het best zou passen. Ze kwam met diverse staaltjes stof die het best bij de inrichting van de zaak en onze wensen pasten. Verschillende materialen en kleuren. Erg fijn dat er werd meegedacht! We kregen de tijd om rustig een keuze te maken. Rolgordijnen zijn voor ons bevestigd en we zijn super blij met het eindresultaat! In de winkel mooie stoffen bekeken voor de raamdecoratie in onze nieuwe woning en daarna keurig enkele staaltjes thuis gestuurd gekregen. Hierna contact gehad en aangegeven dat we nog naar andere winkels gingen om te vergelijken. De vriendelijkheid en amicale benadering van in het begin bekoelde direct... Vervolgens gevraagd om een offerte/prijsindicatie, maar deze wordt alleen tegen betaling gemaakt, omdat het teveel tijd kost om er een te maken en de schoorsteen van de eigenaresse ook moet roken. Het wordt voor ons wel erg lastig om een akkoord te geven als de kosten onbekend zijn. We hebben nog een e-mail gestuurd om aan te geven dat we deze werkwijze vreemd vonden, maar giet hebben we geen eens een reactie met gehad. Sterker nog, mijn vrouw en de eigenaresse waren contacten geworden op Instagram, maar mijn vrouw is hier meteen ontvolgt... Kortom mooie winkel en mooie stoffen.
