Het was onze aannnemer niet correct gelukt om de touchscreen schakelaars allemaal werkend te bevestigen.
Hierna is One Two Touch persoonlijk langsgekomen om alles werkend te krijgen. De schakelaars zien er niet alleen goed uit maar zijn ook zeer fijn in gebruik (Smart Home Systeem).

β β β β β Led dimmer touch, stopcontacten en touch schakelaar hier gekocht. De glazen versies.
De electricien wilde deze niet installeren want deed alleen zijn eigen merken, keuken monteur wildecer ook niet aan beginnen. Dus stond ik dan daar met mooi nieuw schakelmateriaal en zelf geen kennis van electra. Tel. Contact opgenomen met one two touch.
Meneer geen probleem, wij lossen dit voor u op.
Dag erna 09:15uur stond Yorck netjes optijd voor de deur. Blijkt dat electricien te korte schroeven heeft achtergelaten, samen met Yorck naar de gamma nieuwe schroeven gehaald. Yorck alles net gemonteerd en getest. En ook nog eens helemaal voor niks als service van One Two Touch. Gewelidge service!

The next day at 9:15 AM Yorck showed up at the door just in time. Turns out that electrician left screws that were too short, together with Yorck went to the range of new screws. Yorck everything just mounted and tested. And also completely free of charge as a service from One Two Touch. Great service!

β β β β β Mooi schakelmateriaal. Vanwege complexe bedrading in ons huis lukte het mij zelf niet om te installeren. Een paar dagen later gefixed door One Two Touch, die het 200 km verderop bij ons zijn komen installeren tegen hele nette kosten. Kortom zeer tevreden!

β β β β β Wat een geweldige service! De bestelling doorgenomen met de technische afdeling die nog wat tips had. We waren opzoek naar een platte schakelaar omdat anders de deur niet dicht kon. Gezien we een deadline hadden moest de bestelling snel bij ons zijn, maar een pakketje van NL naar Duitsland duurt doorgaans een week, maar na een telefoontje was het er al met twee dagen. Daarnaast heeft one two touch zelfs gebeld om te vragen of het pakket op tijd was. Super service en duidelijke handleidingen (enkel niet voor afdekplaatjes). Het instaleren was makkelijk en het werkt perfect. En belangrijker: De deur kan weer dicht!
What a great service! We went through the order with the technical department who had some tips. We were looking for a flat switch because otherwise the door could not close. Since we had a deadline, the order had to be with us quickly, but a package from NL to Germany usually takes a week, but after a phone call it was already there in two days. In addition, one two touch even called to ask if the package was on time. Super service and clear manuals (only not for cover plates). Installation was easy and it works perfectly. And more importantly: the door can close again!

β β β β β Top service! KWALITEIT OP EERSTE PLEK, One Two Touch schakelaars gekocht om in BelgiΓ« te instaleren. Ons is het niet gelukt, vooral met wisselschakelaars, er waren 2 elektriciens vanuit BelgiΓ« mee bezig geweest, de doel is niet bereikt, hoge factuur betaald ... uiteindelijk installateur van One Two Touch gecontacteerd. Wij hebben afspraak heel snel kunnen vastleggen, na 1,5 u werk van top specialisten met grote kennis en ervaring alles werkt perfect!! Ik heb geen woorden hoe blij ik er ben dat het uiteindelijk werkt en dat er iemand is die zijn vak kent. Echte aanrader!
Great service! QUALITY FIRST PLACE, One Two Touch switches bought to install in Belgium. We did not succeed, especially with two-way switches, 2 electricians from Belgium had been working on it, the goal was not reached, high invoice paid ... finally contacted the One Two Touch installer. We were able to secure an appointment very quickly, after 1.5 hours of work by top specialists with great knowledge and experience, everything works perfectly!! I have no words for how happy I am that it finally works and that there is someone who knows his trade. Highly recommended!

β β β β β First I have to say I love the glass products. Bought some as a test and it is working perfectly. Had some issues with a 2 ways switch however it was fixed with the help of Jorg and Michel.
now I'll replace all the devices in my house :)
