★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me without me reactivating my account in May. After waiting hours for a response from their service it was supposed to be taken care of and refunded. So far so good.
Now, two months later, I tried to reactivate my account. But before booking any classes I suddenly need to pay again that same fee that I already had to unrightfully paid for May, before I can start booking any classes.
Have been trying to solve this with their customer service for 2 days now. Not getting a response. Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I cannot work out and need to pay for a timeframe in which I have never touched the app or reactived anything and which was already „“resolved“ by their customer service two months ago.
I was a great advocate for OneFit. Also tried ClassPass and preferred OneFit by far. But with all of this, I guess the big American corporate, ClassPass, it is for me now. At least they understand customer service.
