★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ENIGE winkel/webshop hadden zij handgrepen voor keukenkasten met boormaat 110. Deze werden snel geleverd. Echter zaten op een paar handvaten wat plekken die niet mooi waren. Mailtje gestuurd en kreeg zonder enige moeite 7 nieuwe handvaten toegestuurd. Super service dus!! Ik ben ontzettend tevreden.
 They were the ONLY shop/webshop to have handles for kitchen cabinets with drill size 110. These were delivered quickly. However, on a few handles there were some spots that were not nice. Sent an email and received 7 new handles without any effort. So great service!! I am very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijzonder slechte ervaring, op Google shopping adverteert het bedrijf met deuren zonder verzendkosten, bij het afrekenen rekenen ze vervolgens alsnog bijna €70 aan verzendkosten. Dave van de klantenservice is verre van behulpzaam. Wij halen onze deur nu wel ergens anders.
Very bad experience, on Google shopping the company advertises doors without shipping costs, at checkout they still charge almost €70 in shipping costs. Dave from customer service is far from helpful. We'll get our door elsewhere now.

Ga zo door!
Neatly helped (via e-mail), product turned out to be out of stock and after 1 e-mail with another product, it was all taken care of right away!

I was in communication with one person (how refreshing) for the entirety of our renovation project. Mitchell was always super helpful and quick and recommended exactly the right products to us. The products themselves are so so lovely and way less expensive than what i could find online and in shops for the same quality. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
