★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Processing of the payment took 4 days, after which it was promised a max of 1 day shipping time. Unfortunately that date was pushed back by 3 months!!! As the products that I wanted to buy were for emergency care this website proved absolutely worthless to me. Also, the customer service seems to only work with automated messages and not a single message showed any trace of regret. I'm not buying from them anymore...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do NOT shop here! The parcels NEVER arrive! They have refused to do a refund to me and I really did not receive my parcel! STAY AWAY! There are much better sites to shop than Medpets! Really do not waste your money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urgently needed to buy a specific brand of CBD for our dog, which not a lot of stores carry (and even more difficult to get while in lockdown) and they thankfully had it. Order was delivered next day as promised so we are very happy. Great first experience, def will buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customers service, terrible attitude. We're waiting our order for more than 5 days now, it's completely lost, and when we called to ask what happened, they only sold us attitude.
There is one guy who was the most terrible, and then a girl who doesn't speak a single word in English, or she pretends she doesn't.
Delayed order due to their mistake, bad attitude, bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first order with them went very smoothly. However, subsequent orders were continuously delayed, to the point where I had to cancel them (>1 month and still rising). The cancellation process was very quick and easy, so I cannot complain about customer service. It's a shame, because the site has a really wide range of decently priced items. There just seems to be some issue with stock that is not clear enough when making purchases. I definitely wouldn't order anything I urgently need for my dog's health from this site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad....don't buy anything here, 3 days ago my wife ordered a product we needed asap for our sick dog, but after payment it all became deadsilent, so were is our money or the product?
Hopefully they still have some dignity to come with an acknowledgement or apology or some kind.
