I didn't expect it to be like that in the Netherlands. I had a load at 8.00 in the morning it's ONLY (9 pallets) at 16.30. One of the worst logistics in the Netherlands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich komme als selbstabholer also als KUNDE um meine eigene Ware abzuholen und warte dann jedesmal über 3 bis 4 Stunden wegen 4 oder 5 Paletten! Warten auf Bearbeitung warten bis ein zuständiger kommt warten auf Papiere warten auf Dokumente einfach nur warten warten warten! Eine Schande diese Firma. Null Sterne
As a CUSTOMER, I come as a CUSTOMER to pick up my own goods and then wait over 3 to 4 hours each time for 4 or 5 pallets! Waiting for processing waiting for a person to come waiting for papers waiting for documents just waiting waiting! A shame for this company. Zero stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For all forwarders that write in their review that they had to wait for hours.. pls be aware that if yr company did not make a slot-booking appointment or did not provide you with the correct documentation (customs) we cannot help you.. But we do though, trying to chase your customer or your company to provide the correct info or docs, to help you (!!). Do you have a slot? Do you have the correct docs? You will be out of here in no time. Also in some cases it would be helpful if international drivers would speak more than only Russian ..
We continue to do our utmost to help all drivers that come in here..
