★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is run by incompetent people, who don't listen to their customers and have absolutely no idea how to deal with curly hair!
i had 30 cm long curly hair, it took me 2 years to grow it. then i ask for a reshape, but still keeping the long curls (20+ cm). i had even shown a picture before he started to make it clear.
the guy cut everything down to 8 cm or less. by the time I realized what the hell was about to happen, he had already ruined enough to stop it. in the end I paid 20 euro to have my head ruined.
if you are looking for a professional cut, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here after I've accidentally tangled my hair with a brush: the hair was twisted twice around the brush and it was really difficult to take it off!. Claudia was so nice and worked for almost 2 hours to untangle it! of course I didn't have an appointment but she didn't make me wait a minute and wait so polite.
