★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn kritiekpunt is het professioneel omgaan met klanten. Ik was het ergens mee oneens en werd door de eigenaresse meteen op een wat agressieve manier benaderd en beschuldigd. Dat voelt naar. Ik zag later dat zij dit ook zo doet bij de negatieve reviews op Treatwell: meteen in een tegenaanval, de klant beschuldigen van liegen en dat op een onaangename, ietwat agressieve toon. Kritiek incasseren hoort er bij en moet professioneel worden opgevangen, zelfs al ben je het er niet helemaal mee eens. Op deze manier durven klanten niet meer aan te geven wanneer iets niet naar wens is.
 My point of criticism is the professional handling of customers. I disagreed with something and was immediately approached and accused by the owner in a somewhat aggressive way. That feels like. I later saw that she also does this with the negative reviews on Treatwell: immediately in a counterattack, accusing the customer of lying and that in an unpleasant, somewhat aggressive tone. Taking criticism is part of it and must be dealt with professionally, even if you do not completely agree with it. In this way, customers no longer dare to indicate when something is not to their liking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inmiddels 6 laserbehandelingen ondergaan en het resultaat word steeds meer zichtbaar. De huid oogt veel rustiger en daar ben ik erg tevreden mee. De salon is schoon en Andrea vertelt goed wat er gebeurd en wat de bedoeling is. Andrea stelt mij ook gerust dat het wel goedkomt aangezien ik waarschijnlijk wat meer behandelingen nodig heb dan een gemiddelde klant. De prijs van de laserbehandeling is voordelig. Al met al ben ik erg tevreden.
I have now undergone 6 laser treatments and the result is becoming more and more visible. The skin looks much calmer and I am very satisfied with that. The salon is clean and Andrea explains well what happened and what the intention is. Andrea also reassures me that it will be fine as I will probably need a few more treatments than an average customer. The price of the laser treatment is affordable. All in all I am very satisfied.

I had my eyebrows plucked and dyed here, they turned out super beautiful! Your wishes are listened to and the ladies who work here are super friendly! I'll definitely be back, great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy with the results! I had the carbonlaser, vip treatment for whiter teeth, lash lifting and my nails done.
My teeth went from nr 22 to nr 4 (one away from the whitest number!). You can definitely see that it is much whiter now.
Also my lashes are sooo good curled now, i usually have straight lashes of myself, but this made such a big difference for me! BIG thanks for this!! Best lash lifting i ever had!
Also the carbonlaser was very effective for my skin it is just one day ago, but i already see that my skin is getting better, my acne is vanishing. Also my nails look so naturally beautiful now!
And at least but also very important the service: they are very professional and sooo kind. I loved the service and happy faces. I am definitely coming back! Also they are not very over-priced. I have paid more at other salons with less results! These company is worth it. Not only the results are good; you get also good service.
P.s: I couldn't pay because of a storage in the ING Banking app but they were very patient. thank you so much for everything.
