★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oost-Indische Huisbrug (Bridge 223), or East Indian House Bridge, spans the Kloveniersburgwal and connects the Rusland to the southern side of the Raamgracht. It is an iron and steel beam bridge with modern construction dating from 1904. The bridge name comes from the adjacent Oost-Indische Huis, the historic headquarters of the Dutch East India Company.
