★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignored for five minutes when we walked in, not even a 'good morning'' and we were the only customers in the place. Finally got asked if they could be of' ''dienst'. Shown the Auping bed and we asked the simple question of whether a discount was possible - as offered by other bed stores against the standard Auping pricing. The answer? ''We do not offer discount as we have a nice store'. Possibly true, but you also have bad service and no discount policy. He looked very unhappy at this request, its standard when purchasing products, you are a fool not to ask for one. Generally rude service - much better selection at the Woonmall.

When you visit, each of them always give you their full attention and spend as much time as needed in helping you, answering questions, and educating you about the different products. For all of our family’s beds, we will only go back to Slaapcomfort!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very happy with the order from this shop! We made a 2-hour appointment in order to buy a bed. Nico showed us various types of beds and advise us what would be best for our sleeping position.
The delivery was also in the discussed time frame- no delays! (even though some things were missing in the first delivery, we got an email about what was missing and it was sorted out)
