Je wordt hier super vriendelijk behandeld en Simon en zijn vrouw hebben veel verstand van zaken. Zij hebben veel keus en de sfeer is erg fijn. Ik zal deze zaak zeker aan anderen aanbevelen. This is really a great thing. We have been customers for years and will certainly continue to be. You are treated super friendly here and Simon and his wife are very knowledgeable. They have a lot of choice and the atmosphere is very nice. I will definitely recommend this case to others.
M	Monique on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben blij zoveel positieve reacties te lezen, want als de eigenaar van deze winkel tegen iedereen zo is zoals tegen ons dan begreep ik al niet waarom de winkel überhaupt nog bestaat. We zijn echt heel vervelend behandeld en dat begon al gelijk bij binnenkomst. Ik denk dat Simon zijn dag niet had, want wat was deze man ongelofelijk denigrerend en gemeen. Je kan zo echt niet met klanten, of sowieso met mensen in het algemeen, omgaan. Wat een vervelende nasmaak aan dit bezoekje, echt jammer. I'm glad to read so many positive comments, because if the owner of this store is like everyone to us, then I didn't understand why the store still exists at all. We were treated really badly and that started right when we arrived. I don't think Simon was having his day because this man was incredibly derogatory and mean. You really can't deal with customers like that, or with people in general anyway. What a nasty aftertaste to this visit, a real shame.

Er wordt goed gekeken naar persoonlijke wensen/omstandigheden en duidelijk advies gegeven over de verschillende mogelijkheden. Ook fijn dat in het systeem staat welk matras de vorige keer gekocht is, dat maakt de keuze voor het nieuwe matras makkelijker. On our last visit to buy a new mattress again very nice help! Personal wishes/circumstances are carefully considered and clear advice is given about the various options. It is also nice that the system states which mattress was purchased last time, which makes the choice for the new mattress easier.

Net als bij de vorige verhuizing stonden Annemieke & Simon klaar met tips/adviezen en ondersteuning bij het verhuizen van het waterbed. Erg fijn, die persoonlijke betrokkenheid, wat heel oprecht aanvoelt. Bedankt voor jullie service!! This waterbed customer manages to move for the 2nd time in a short time. As with the previous move, Annemieke & Simon were ready with tips/advice and support when moving the waterbed. Very nice, that personal involvement, which feels very genuine. As someone who likes to do a bit of research I was disappointed by most other shops that don't have any real knowledge about beds and sleep. Simon also offers great aftercare if you have questions about the bed.
