★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb hier een afspraak aangevraagd, naar aanleiding van het advies van mijn huisarts, om ogen te laseren, bleek tijdens de afspraak dat dit kliniek helemaal geen laseren doet (ik had wellicht zelf beter naar de website kunnen kijken, maar slordig dat je aanvraag niet eens gecontroleerd wordt en je afspraak dan gewoon wordt ingepland). Iedereen lijkt heel aardig maar daar blijft het bij: service is slordig, communicatie wordt per brief gestuurd en niet per e-mail. Geen goede ervaring.
 I requested an appointment here, following the advice of my doctor, to laser eyes, it turned out during the appointment that this clinic does not do any lasering at all (I might have looked better at the website myself, but sloppy that your application does not even is checked and your appointment is then simply scheduled). Everyone seems very nice, but that's it: service is sloppy, communication is sent by letter and not by e-mail. Not a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer vriendelijk geholpen aan de balie.
Afspraken konden snel worden ingepland.
Er werd meegedacht door de oogarts ( client is rolstoelafhankelijk ).
Ingreep aan staar zeer goed verlopen.
Nacontrole bij eerste medewerkster verliep goed ondanks wat lastig met de rolstoel.
De controle daarna verliep minder, de rolstoelwas een obstakel ineens en mevrouw was gepikeerd toen ik zei dat het gebouw niet echt rolstoelviendelijk is
Gelukkig kwam de oogarts die de ingreep heeft gedaan en die was weer super vriendelijk.
Daarom 4 sterren.
Helped very friendly at the desk.
Appointments could be scheduled quickly.
The ophthalmologist contributed ideas (client is wheelchair dependent).
Cataract surgery went very well.
Follow-up with the first employee went well despite some difficulty with the wheelchair.
The check afterwards went less, the wheelchair suddenly became an obstacle and Ms was annoyed when I said that the building is not really wheelchair friendly
Fortunately, the ophthalmologist who performed the procedure came and was super friendly again.
Therefore 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette locatie. Vriendelijk en kundig personeel. Ik kon snel terecht en werd ook snel geopereerd. Operatie ging prima en het resultaat is boven verwachting. Wat mij betreft een dikke 10.
Neat location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was able to get in quickly and was operated on quickly. The operation went well and the result exceeded expectations. As far as I'm concerned a solid 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I.v.m. een keuring in 2020 voor mijn rijbewijs is door de behandelende oogarts geconstateerd dat ik staar had, op dat moment was een behandeling nog niet nodig, de arts stelde voor om over een jaar er naar te laten kijken, zodoende kreeg ik op 26 Juli 2021 een oproep voor een controle. hier werd geconstateerd dat de staar (cataract) zodanig was dat een operatie aan beide ogen noodzakelijk was, het eerste oog is inmiddels gedaan, het tweede oog is a.s. vrijdag aan de beurt. Tot op heden ben ik zeer tevreden, het enige wat ik van de operatie merkte was net of er een vliegje in het behandelde oog zat wat, waarvan ik de andere dag niets meer merkte. M.a.w. prima geholpen!
in connection with an inspection in 2020 for my driver's license was found by the attending ophthalmologist that I had cataracts, at that time treatment was not yet necessary, the doctor suggested to have it looked at in a year's time, so on 26 July 2021 I received a call for a check. here it was found that the cataract was such that an operation on both eyes was necessary, the first eye has now been done, the second eye will be next Friday. So far I am very satisfied, the only thing I noticed about the operation was as if there was a fly in the treated eye, which I didn't notice anymore the next day. in other words great help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If someone has a choice, then should run away from places like this. We were framed by the hospital, who made an appointment for an urgent surgery to the clinic. It was scheduled next day afternoon, they do not allow anyone to wait for a patient. After surgery they asked the patient to leave the building immediately because they are closing at 17:30.. since I was not able to wait inside I was home waiting for someone to call me. At the end my husband was waiting in cold winter weather alone when I was waiting in traffic, he was dizzy, cold, tired, they didn't give him food or drink, after serious 1.5h surgery. Next day for appointment I tried to get with my husband inside but was abused by an extremely rude receptionist, who refused to provide even her name and threaten me with security. After sleepless night, worried for my husband, mum of few kids - very great help received by young full of herself receptionist, no empathy, just abuses.. I could not even ask questions to the doctor.. This is just outrageous, not expected that from health care you have such no care..
