★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb hier mijn telefoon met waterschade gebracht voor reparatie. Heel fijn geholpen door twee vriendelijke medewerkers. Duidelijk over kosten (vochtbehandeling en nieuw scherm) en ik kon dezelfde middag mijn telefoon weer ophalen. Super service!
 Brought my water damaged phone here for repair. Very nice help by two friendly employees. Clear about costs (moisture treatment and new screen) and I was able to pick up my phone again the same afternoon. Great service!

I brought my phone in to get the screen replaced beacuse the LCDs were broken. They replaced the screen, and I was very careful after I got it back because I had not been able to use my phone for months. Only 4 days after I got it back, some of the LCDs were broken again (not all of them). I assumed that the screen was not put on correctly, as it stuck out a bit and the edges were not cleaned before being put on. I think that the worker probably replaced it in a haste and made a mistake. The receipt said "garantie termijn op reparaties bij normaal gebruik is 3 maanden." I had been using it normally and it hadn't fallen again or been sat on, so I decided to bring it in with the receipt. When I showed the worker the issue and asked if it was guaranteed, they accused me of dropping or sitting on it. They basically accused me of lying, and they said I would have to pay 99 euros to replace it again. I cannot afford that at the moment just 4 days after paying 99 euros to them to fix it the first time. Also I wouldn't want to get it repaired by them again anyways because they would probably mess it up again. I will have to make due with a broken screen until I can afford a repair at a different shop. I feel bad writing this because they were so nice at first, but when they accused me of lying I could not help but write this.
