OCP pays staff a combination of fixed remuneration (salary and benefits) and variable remuneration (including bonus). Variable remuneration is discretionary and dependent on the performance of the individual, the individual’s business unit, the AIFs, and the overall results of OCP. The fixed and variable components of total remuneration are appropriately balanced, and the fixed component represents a sufficiently high proportion of the total remuneration to allow the operation of a fully flexible policy on variable remuneration, including the possibility to pay no variable remuneration. Compliance with all OCP’s policies and procedures, including policies and procedures relating to the impact of sustainability risks on the investment decision making process, shall be considered as part of that overall assessment. The EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (2019/2088) requires OCP to include in its remuneration policy information on how its policy is consistent with the integration of sustainability risks. Sustainability risk means “an environmental, social or governance event or condition that, if it occurs, could cause an actual or potential material negative impact on the value of the investment”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor 2, onlangs besloten om vrijblijvend als potentiële huurder aan te melden voor een bedrijfspand echter heb ik een mail ontvangen dat mijn aanvraag is afgekeurd omdat er vroeg tijdig een CDD onderzoek heeft plaats gevonden en het besluit onherroepelijk is.
Nou daar komt het.. Het bedrijf heeft geen enkele informatie over de potentiële huurder, geen informatie is verschaft of gevraagd met betrekking tot de huurder. Toch is het gelukt om een onderzoek uit te voeren zonder informatie om vervolgens erg denigrerend te wijzen dat het onderzoek onherroepelijk is zonder enige excuses aan te bieden!
Wees verstandig en ontwijk deze vage maatschappij
 A forewarned person counts for 2, recently decided to register as a potential tenant for a commercial property without obligation, however I received an email that my application was rejected because a CDD investigation took place early on and the decision is irrevocable.
Well here it comes .. The company has no information whatsoever about the potential tenant, no information has been provided or requested regarding the tenant. Still, we managed to conduct an investigation without any information and then very denigratingly point out that the investigation is irrevocable without apologizing!
