Erg blij met Tobias, ons contactpersoon bij LIV Residential. Hij antwoordt meteen, biedt goede service bij problemen en is zeer benaderbaar voor de huurders.

Goeie huurmakelaar die snel en duidelijk reageert. Ook super dat er maar een klein groepje mensen wordt uitgenodigd op de bezichtiging, je niets van te voren hoeft te betalen en dat je pas na de bezichtiging je documenten upload in hun portal. Ten opzichte van andere bedrijven echt een verademing.
Good rental agent who responds quickly and clearly. It's also great that only a small group of people are invited to the viewing, you don't have to pay anything in advance and that you only upload your documents in their portal after the viewing. A breath of fresh air compared to other companies.

Whilst the apartments advertised look very nice and new, the service is awful. Unlike most agencies/makelaars, you have to apply for apartments via an in-house form that already asks for a bunch of personal details and ID, and most times you don't get any response. We received a response after 1 month for an apartment that had 'suddenly become available' again, were given no option for viewing times and told that we would have to move in ''next week'' when it was already a Friday. We showed up for the viewing at 13:00 to discover that about 20 others had been invited at the same time and there was a queue down the street. How disrespectful of people's time is that? Just organise time slots like a normal agency does. It's so arrogant to treat people this way and expect them to move mountains for your benefit. We left the queue and decided we would not like to rent from your agency.
