★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not really care about quality, spent €30 and could of done a better job myself. My gels have come out very rough and my nail shapes are all different. Avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give it nothing. This is horrible. My fingers were bleeding after a manicure with dirty tools. The woman tried to put nail polish on them and painted my fingers more than my nails. Seriously I thought I was so bad it must gave had a hidden camera. Ran out in disbelief. Please don't go to this horrible place. I hope it will go out of business before someone gets a bad infection or worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 35 euros I got some very lady like looking hands. ( for my 40th birthday by my friend Nicole) That was the 4th of August. Today, 24th of August still looking pretty, even though I had to fix my flat bicycle tire last week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to remove semi permanent nails because they were not looking fine after 2 weeks and I have been suffering from the removal treatment ever since ( 2 weeks) My nails are very thin and painful. They break very often. A nightmare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. Zero professionalism. Long waiting times and double bookings despite booking in advance. If you approach the subject they argue with you. If they weren't conveniently located I would never go out of my way to go to Orange Nails.
Disrespectful staff. When I asked a simple question about the pedicure I was rudely asked "is this your first time? You've done pedicures before." I asked her politely "are you angry?" She replied "You're always complaining". After giving me a red itchy spot on my foot with the pedicure, she sprayed alcohol on it, making it burn even more. When I moved to turn on the water to relieve the pain, she poured hot water on the burning spot. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience!
I've seen staff pocket the cash from the cash register as well. Someone needs to check them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my nails now! The day before I asked for a spot for the day after. They told me to come at 11am and so I did. I did not have to wait a second and they put a whole new set of nails with powder in 1 hour. I have to say, this is the best set I have gotten so far in Amsterdam! Professionals, they know what they are doing!

They are always very nice and listen to your wishes. I see some bad reviews but usually if you are not satisfied, just say it and they will fix it. They know what they are doing here! ? Best quality
