Dankzij de behandelingen hier gaat mijn gebit jaren langer mee dan wanneer ik hier niet naartoe gegaan zou zijn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele series foto's gemaakt, diverse behandeling, herbeoordeling op een uiterst onpersoonlijke wijze. Vervolgbehandeling als voorstel waar je stijl achterover valt. Een middenklasse auto armer. Intussen enkele tanden kwijt, niet gezien bij herbeoordeling. Geen communicatie met eigen tandarts. Geen reacties op schriftelijke vragen. Werd na 9 maanden gebeld voor nieuwe afspraak. Klacht nogmaals onder de aandacht gebracht en we zijn weer weken verder zonder reactie. Ga maar een formele klacht indienen bij toezichthouder op de zorg. Geld uit je beurs kloppen zijn ze goed in. Zal wel niet tot de elitaire doelgroep behoren.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze zijn slecht alleen je geld willen bereiken en veel afspraken maken om meer geld te verdienen en lang tijd tussen de afspraken ondanks binnen tien dag moet een afspraak maken maken ze elke anderhalf maand een afspraak en de problemen die je hebt moet snel behandeld worden blijft door omdat de tijd tussen de afspraken heel lang en uiteindelijk ze zeggen dat ja moet extra behandeling omdat je situatie nog niet goed gegaan en dan moet je nog meer geld betalen.

Nadat ik een ernstige infectie had in mijn tandvlees ben ik naar 3 verschillende dokters, tandartsen en implantaatspecialisten geweest. Ik kwam aan op ORDENTALL. Mijn angst was torenhoog.
Doctor Alvin Ham heeft me hierdoorheen begeleid. Voor de eerste Keer in maanden werd ik gezien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shameful. In this clinic their willingness is to request your money, but when they have made the wrong choice they will not take responsibility for it.
I was sent there to get the expert opinion, who decided to redo a root canal (which was dubious according to my dentist) for 600eur. After 6 months I started to get pain and they told me the treatment was a failure and I had to lose the tooth. They told me they would contact me to proceed further and that I would get my money back. 1 month after, I called to remind the situation and they told me they would call me back. Now 3 months later, I already had to continue with my own dentist and assume this clinic isn’t willing to be accountable for their mistakes.
