★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service when buying running shoes. A short run is recorded on video, interpreted by the staff and a variety of shoes are selected to try on. Good shoe selection in store, as well as running accessories like tights, jackets, socks, etc. Staff wants you leaving with the best fitting shoes for you. Wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience ever. And this is quite an achievement in Holland where service is hard to find. I made an appointment for a paid running analysis. Took time off from work. Arrived at the store, to ZERO welcome. ZERO. Two guys chatting about with their hands in their pockets. I waited for 10 minutes, NOTHING. Seriously. No greetings, no "I'll be with you in a bit". Non of that. This store is a total joke. If you're into "The office" or "Jiskefet", I recommend you pay a visit. If you like running, run past it. As hard as you can.
