Echt iets om jezelf regelmatig cadeau te geven. A massage by Orly is not only attention to your body, but also genuine interest in the 'spirit'. So nice warm blankets/towels and warm attention. Really something to give yourself as a present on a regular basis.

In alleen al een gesprekje, met mijn voeten in een warm voetenbadje laat ze me ademen en stelt ze me liefdevolle vragen. Ik ga direct in op de angsten, verdriet en mis-trust die op dit moment in mijn leven overheersen. Wat voelt mijn lichaam zwaar. Op de tafel mag ik gaan liggen en ik probeer me daar te ontspannen. Het gaat me niet makkelijk af. Ondanks dat ik er erg fijn lig. De voetmassage nemen me overal mee naartoe maar ik voel me wollig en troebel. Heel kort daarna zegt orly dat ik mijn angsten ruimte mag geven, het mag omarmen en de weerstand daarbij los te laten. Ik voel de angst en mistrust groeien in mijn lichaam en daarbuiten. het vult de hele kamer. Ik omarm het gevoel. Een nieuwe kennismaking met een bekend gevoel waar ik zoveel weerstand bij heb. Ik wens dat dit het begin is van een nieuw leven. Waarin ik mezelf weer mag vertrouwen. Want er is geen reden om mijn lichaam NIET te vertrouwen. Met deze mooie woorden van orly sluiten we de massage af. De voetreflexmassage heeft me diep geraakt. Mijn voeten willen contact maken met de aarde. Orly. Namasté, In liefde en dankbaarheid L.Isa Orly is an angel. Her calm voice and loving understanding and listening ear ensure that I quickly get in touch with my feelings and my body. In just a conversation, with my feet in a warm foot bath, she lets me breathe and asks me loving questions. I go directly into the fears, sadness and mistrust that are prevalent in my life right now. My body feels heavy. On the table I may lie down and I try to relax there. It's not easy for me. Although I am very comfortable there. The foot massage takes me everywhere but I feel woolly and cloudy. Very shortly afterwards orly says that I can give my fears space, embrace them and let go of the resistance. I feel the fear and mistrust growing in my body and beyond. it fills the whole room. I embrace the feeling. A new acquaintance with a familiar feeling that I have so much resistance to. I wish this is the beginning of a new life. In which I can trust myself again. Because there is no reason NOT to trust my body. We conclude the massage with these beautiful words from orly.
