M	Mercy Vreugdenhil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ambience. Nice seating area inside the theatre . They have a restaurant too which is ideal for dining or drinking before a show starts . The service was good.
R	Ralph Broenink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice classic venue that's nicely renovated. Not too big, even in the last row you can still see what's happening on stage. However, there's only a single set of bathrooms and the garderobe does not have the best location.
I	Iris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ARCHITECTURE: I really like how they've managed to keep the street-idea in the entrance hall, even though the place is fully furnished and enlarged. Furniture is original and in good condition. The 'buncker', as I justly but not negative could refer to it is quite a special theatre space. The soft rounded edges will always remind me of a 'buncker', but this place is still cozy, yet spacious. Acoustics are good, I wonder what the top layer of the walls is made of. Acoustics can't this good only because of the giant pillow in the air? BAR: even though there's the big peaks at the bar after a show the lines are duable. They serve beers, coffee, soda's and alcohol free beer (incl. a leffe blond 00 ) too.
W	Wes_The_Mess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A classic theatre that reminds you of the good old golden days of American entertainment: Old-school walls of glowing yellow lamps and a typical 50/60's theatre feeling makes this place feel both uniquely out of time, yet perfectly contemporary. It has a positive atmosphere and a polite, fun staff, with surprisingly good accoustics. The one downside to this fine location has its age biting at it: When the theatre is full, which it often is, it has terrible crowd flow, meaning that there are lines everywhere. Still, the Old Luxor Theatre has a refreshing sense of nostalgia about it that I can only call comfortable and fun in comparison to the more abstract and/or classical styles of modern theatres.
M	Mark Rienstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The show was very nice and the old Luxor is a beautiful venue. A complementary drink after the show was included, very nice. Two remarks I have would be that the seats have had better days and that the heating could be turned down, it was very hot inside

Modern design in the lobby still feels classic and here and there some original details. One of my favorite theaters.
