The gym didnt give me my ID or a contract, so that I wouldnt be able to cancel my subscription in the first 14 days, and are forcing me to pay now even though I never go. I contacted their customer support dozens of times, but they couldn't care less.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The worst customer service I've seen in a gym. Before corona, they could not register me for a month, forgetting to fill in my details to the system, twice a week I had to wait for half an hour to let me through and find my application in their files. There were crowds and even not enough room and lockers, constant queues. Now my subscription is over but they keep charging me!!!!! and do not respond on my emails and request to sort this out. Please avoid this gym at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!

I faced many problems with my subscription since the beginning and also with the deal where you train more and pay less which didn't happen!! I m sorry to say but joining that GYM was a big mistake from my side due to issues related to bad management and poor communication skills from the staff which also happened to 2 of my friends already this month as well!! furthermore, I still didn’t receive any reply on my first or second email regarding my complains and there is no way to call the management!!

First they lured you with promo, then they changed the overall contract with a new one without you knowing it. Then you want to quit after two years but you still need to pay the extra. Then they sent you a link to pay but the link doesn't work and even say that you don't need to pay anything. Then the employee just bashed you in the email. Great experience, never again subscribe to Trainmore!

Told i got 2 months for free. After that they start your membership to a one year membership ended up being 14 months. They added all the upgrades without my knowledge so the total was a lot. The first month you will not get a discount for going. It is a pretty crowded gym for its size so you may be waiting a while to get the equipment or machine you want. The music is so bad. Anytime I had a problem the employees didn't seem to concerned. When my stuff got stuck in a locker I asked for help. The employee said that's fine that she will get help. She proceeded to talk to other employees and I had to wait 15 minutes before I got help. I recommend any other gym in Rotterdam.

I was warned to pay on 29. 11. 2021. I was first told to pay 43 euros on October 20, then 160 euros a bit later. I already showed my disagreement about this debt, since I did not feel that this request was justified. Throughout the year, even though I was unable to use your services due to the COVID-19 restrictions, I paid my monthly fee. I indicated this to TrainMore as well, asking for an opportunity to freeze my account, since I moved back to Hungary. However, without any compensation, I was asked to pay my fee. As your customer, I felt totally mistreated and exploited, since I was not able to use the service that I was paying for, but was still asked to pay for it.

Great gym and quality of equipment but customer service is terrible and and they always find a way to overcharge more than the package you signed up for. Myself and many of the members I've spoken with have left because of these 'hidden' costs that they debit from your bank account with no explanation and will not return your money. Gym is way more expensive than what's on the sticker; BEWARE! Average monthly ends up being around 38 euros per month even going as frequently as 3-4 times a week (supposedly a reducing package), train more, get billed even more...

Has good equipment from technogym, but it is too crowded that you would need to queue for the machines. The lockers do not need a pad, so you can just put in the pin to lock it. During lockdown, they charged us 50% of the usual fee and there was no option to choose not to pay even though we are not using the services. It feels like i need to pay more even though the service is minimum and not transparent. I have contacted them before via email, but the response is generic.
