Zouden meer restaurants moeten doen wat mij betreft :) Fantastic food and great service :) nice that local and seasonal products are used! Should do more restaurants as far as I'm concerned :)

Oesters met zelfgemaakte duindoorn ‘tabasco’, heerlijke dry aged ribeye en de desserts zagen er prachtig uit en smaakten ook super. Service was ook top, er werd bij ieder gerecht een uitgebreide uitleg gegeven. Er staan geen prijzen op site, maar wij waren voor alles bij elkaar 50 euro pp kwijt (inclusief fooi). Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, voor een lekker en verantwoord diner! We could hardly choose, there are so many delicious things on the menu. We had a wonderful meal here! Oysters with homemade sea buckthorn 'tabasco', delicious dry aged ribeye and the desserts looked beautiful and tasted great. Service was also top notch, each dish was explained in detail. There are no prices on the site, but we lost 50 euros pp (including tip) for all in all. Good value for money, for a tasty and responsible dinner!

De bediening is super en kan je exact vertellen welke wijn je bij je gerecht moet nemen. Echt een aanrader! Very attractively decorated wine bar with an unusual, delicious menu. The service is great and can tell you exactly which wine to go with your dish. Highly recommended!

Unsere Gerichte waren alle auf höchstem Niveau und das alles auch noch lokal und nachhaltig! Die Mitarbeiter sind mega aufmerksam und man hat das Gefühl, man ist zu Besuch bei Freunden. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung und angemessen. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir direkt zwei Abende hintereinander da waren. Wer in einem außergewöhnlich schönen Ambiente, bei besten Wein und Speisen einen tollen Abend verbringen möchte, dem können wir dieses Lokal nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank an Euch. A new world on Texel. We happened upon this super nice restaurant by accident. The advice on the wines was just great. Our dishes were all of the highest standard and all local and sustainable! The staff are super attentive and you have the feeling that you are visiting friends. The price/performance ratio is perfectly fine and appropriate. We liked it so much that we went there two nights in a row. We can only recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to spend a great evening in an exceptionally beautiful ambience with the best wine and food! Thank you very much.

The whole concept of the restaurant (the way they choose and use the ingredients as a whole) is very contemporary and together with the extra good service (very motivated and genuinely nice people as well as little surprises from the kitchen) made us immediately want to come back there another time! We highly recommend a visit...

We went for the surprise menu and were not disappointed. The chef and sommelier are a match made in heaven. With each dish the wine pairing adds an extra layer of quality to the experience. The dry aged beef with Shiraz pairing comes highly recommended.

While we were on our weekend tour of Texel we decided to book for Saturday evening. OMG what a hidden gem. We went for the 4 dish with wine pairing and it was amazing. The food and the wine perfectly matched. Furthermore their wine chart had more wines choices than most three Michelin restaurants i went. I definitely recommend this restaurant to people coming here and the people are also great. The sommelier was a great guy and the waiters the same. It’s your turn to come, enjoy and also be surprised. Next time we come back to Texel we will be returning.
