★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of delivery ever. Still waiting my delivery after ordering on 23 of February. It is already 3rd reschedule, now to end of March and nobody can grantee the date of delivery. Customer service is not responding to customer needs, keep on repeating that they can’t guarantee anything, no single sign of sympathy. Clearly this is first and last purchase with this company.

The two old ladies can be very sarcastic and very unfriendly! We asked one of them about the difference between two matras she told me to try both of them and I would know it ??♀️… Dááá…
We choose a matras from EUR 1.100 and had to wait for our invoice to be prepared. While sitting there we decided to have a coffee from the machine in front of us. As no one offer or asked if we wanted anything, one of the ladies ran to us like we were stilling a million dollars and gave us a lecture that we should not touch the machine ourselves but ask them if we wanted to drink something. Small detail, I am 40 years old not 4. Never going back, and do not recommend that store to anyone! Ikea is 10 times better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service! They refuse to take a return of the wrong products delivered to my place. The online customer service told me to go to a branch to have them replaced, but the store manager came up with several excuses to not do so. Also very sad that neither the branch nor the online service make any suggestions or solutions to my issues. I am left with a broken mattress and 2 fitting sheets in the wrong size and didn't see a single cent back, despite my legally rightful claims. I will never buy there again and advice to make not the same mistake.
