★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. Staffs are quite rude there.
My sis tried to help me explain why the tyre exploded. However one of the staff suddenly yelled at her and forbidden her to say things about the bike. I had no idea why he is so angry and who on earth he think he is to stop people from saying. I guess he is kinda sick that he could not control his temper and just keep barking at anyone he saw. really bad experience in ams.
Why on earth do they hire these people?! It makes no sense!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice people they watch good on you're bike remind that for dropping you're bike till 23.59 it's €1.30 the downside it's that the places are made for city bikes you're mountenbike would not fit in it. tired withs above 1.80 would not fit in it. also for the mountain bikes, if you plan to put you're bike in this place. ask if you can put it next to a wall. the racks and people will destroy you're drive train. if you use an deraileur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personnel working there needs to treat customers as people and not as objects. The rudeness I faced after being a stable customer for years is unbelievable. You can't give orders to customers, but you ask politely. I'll never come again and I will suggest to everybody to go to the other fietsen place on the other side of the station, where they can actually find polite people.

I brought my bike back today and when I asked politely where to put it the staff member didn't even bother to talk to me but instead aggressively shooed me out of the store and then yelled at me for standing in the way. I've never been treated this rudely a shop, very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They didn't speak English and yelled at me in Dutch to do stuff that I wasn't obviously understanding. They aggressively refused to give me the bike because "I was not understanding" and they refused to even speak a basic English because "we are not in England".
Pretty sure it was the worst and most ridiculous customer service experience I had in the Netherlands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service to rent an OV-fiets or just to park your bicycle in the garage for a few days. It can get super busy on weekends though, so don't hesitate to visit the other OV-fiets rental point on the East side of Centraal station!
