โ โ โ โ โ Een paar maanden geleden kwam ik hier met mijn vintage racefiets, met een losse spaak. Hij zou de volgende dag klaar zijn. Dagen achtereen is dit uitgesteld, en toen ik de fiets terugkreeg leek de spaak gemaakt, maar dit was niet waar. Daarnaast was ook het versnellingskastje kapot, waardoor de fiets enkel in de zwaarste versnelling kon. "Omdat mijn fiets te oud" was konden ze hier helaas niets aan doen. Toch 50 euro moeten betalen. Zojuist, voor 50 euro, alles laten maken bij een andere fietsenmaker die het wel netjes allemaal heeft vervangen zonder extra dingen kapot te maken.

โ โ โ โ โ Ooit zat hier een hele goede vakkundige fietsenmaker wat ook handgemaakte Belgische transportfietsen verkocht. Deze zit hier helaas niet meer.
Bespaar jezelf je geld en moeite want communiceren kunnen de huidige exploitanten niet. Tot 2 maal toe langs gekomen om mijn fietsreparatie op te halen maar deze bleek elke keer niet klaar te zijn. Uiteindelijk heeft mijn fiets daar een week gestaan omdat ze de klus niet geklaard kregen. Een simpel belletje kan er kennelijk niet van af.

Uiteindelijk 4 keer de fiets moeten achterlaten, 70 euro betaald en als eindresultaat meer stuk dan gerepareerd.
Eerst werd mij verteld dat de fiets weer in prima staat zou zijn na reparatie. Na 4 reparatie beurten verdelte dezelfe medewerker echter dat het een slechte fiets was die niet waard is om te repareren (nadat ik al 70 euro aan reparatie had betaald).
Toen ik mijn fiets na de eerste reparatiebeurt ophaalde was de band alweer meteen leeg. Blijkbaar was de buitenband ook stuk en moest deze ook vervangen worden. Was gemakkelijker geweest als ze dit meteen vermeld hadden, maargoed.
Meteen navraag gedaan of er nog meer vervangen moest worden. Volgens de medewerker hoefde alleen de buitenband vervangen te worden en de ketting gespannen te worden. Dan zou de fiets weer in prima staat zijn.
Na de reparatie van 35 euro voor de buitenband, werkte de versnellingen niet meer. Deze ook maar laten repareren voor 25 euro.
Dag erna bijna onder een auto gemkomen omdat de achterrem spontaan los sprong. Dit was dus niet goed vastgezet. Fiets opnieuw teruggebracht om dit te laten repareren.
Toen ik de fiets een dag later kwam ophalen was het nog steeds niet gemaakt en vertelde ze mij dat ze dit niet wilde repareren omdat ik hiervoor niet wilde betalen.
DO NOT TRUST THIS BIKE WINEKL !.
In the end had to leave the bike 4 times, paid 70 euros and as end result more broken than repaired.
First I was told that the bike would be in fine condition again after repair. However, after 4 repairs, the same employee stated that it was a bad bike that is not worth repairing (after I had already paid 70 euros in repair).
When I picked up my bike after the first repair, the tire was immediately empty again. Apparently the tire was also broken and had to be replaced. Would have been easier if they had mentioned this right away, anyway.
Immediately inquired whether more needed to be replaced. According to the employee, only the tire had to be replaced and the chain tensioned. Then the bike would be in fine condition again.
After the repair of 35 euros for the tire, the gears stopped working. Also have this repaired for 25 euros.
The day after almost came under a car because the rear brake spontaneously released. So this was not properly established. Bicycle brought back again to have this repaired.
When I picked up the bike a day later it was still not fixed and she told me she did not want to fix this because I did not want to pay for it.

The tire was broken and it was close, so I asked for repair. I was told in advance that it would cost 18 euros, so I asked him to think that it was a little expensive but it couldn't be helped. After the repairs were done, the damage was so severe that I was angry when I was told that it was 25 euros.
After all, I couldn't use the pin and was charged in cash for 30 euros. I do not understand. I couldn't feel the sincerity of the clerk, and I felt looked down on him. I will never go again.

Got stuck here when my bike broke down nearby. They charged me 50 euros for some minor adjustments and replaced a brand new chain. The whole thing broke again three days later.

โ โ โ โ โ They are extremely rude, and they also managed to scam me. Paid 10 euros for patching my inner tube that lasted for like 5 minutes. They didn't even check the rim tape, which turned out to be broken, so the spoke hole puctured the tire again at the same place. Looks like I know more about fixing a tire than they do, yet I don't even own a repair shop...

โ โ โ โ โ Asked to replace my rear inner tube and exchange the break cable from my rear brake.
Good: brought it noon, it was done in the evening.
Bad: The brake cable was way too lose, my belt/chain had not enough tension. The enthusiasm visible fixing the improper repair was -5, on a scale from 1-10 (letting tools fall down, sloppy handling of customer's bike and in the end, I will have to shorten the cable further as it's not short enough after 2m ofter riding)
Price: cable exchange was proposed with 15 incl. work, inner tire apparently was 6 (he said that when doing the calculation), I paid 33.50 in total. So apparently, work for changing a rear inner tube is 12.50(!)
Personally, I will chose a different shop the next time.
Edit: I just rated it from two stars to one star. As it turned out, they overtightened the screw of my back wheel when mounting the wheel to the frame, destroying the thread of my rear axle. Coming back the next day and complaining about it, they recut the thread of the axle, but it did not last. Not only do I now need a new back wheel, they also did not remove the cause for the flat tire in first place: Something sharp was stuck in the outer tire, which caused the flat tire in first place. By only replacing the inner tube, it was a matter of time before the inner tube failed 1.5 days later again.
Thank you for nothing, I can only recommend to stay away from this place.
