Owlie Jobs viel meteen op door hun transparante werkwijze. Denk hierbij het tonen van hun opdrachtgevers en weergeven van een salarisindicatie. Na een leuke telefonische kennismaking met Jurriën, die zonder problemen in de avond kon plaatsvinden, heeft Jurriën mij bij een aantal interessante bedrijven onder de aandacht gebracht. Ik kreeg regelmatig een update en al relatief snel werd ik uitgenodigd voor de eerste gesprekken. Voor elk gesprek kreeg ik een 'succes gewenst' berichtje van Jurriën. Ook naderhand ontving ik steevast een belletje met de vraag hoe het was geweest. De persoonlijke en flexibele aanpak van Jurriën heeft er mede voor gezorgd dat ik over iets meer dan een maandje ga starten met een leuke, nieuwe uitdaging. Ik zou Owlie Jobs dan ook aan een ieder die actief, of niet actief naar een nieuwe baan zoekt, aanraden. Although I was not really actively looking for a new job, I was approached via LinkedIn by Jurriën van Owlie Jobs. Owlie Jobs immediately stood out because of their transparent working method. This includes showing their clients and displaying a salary indication. After a nice telephone acquaintance with Jurriën, which could take place in the evening without any problems, Jurriën brought me to the attention of a number of interesting companies. I received regular updates and relatively quickly I was invited for the first interviews. For every conversation I received a 'good luck' message from Jurriën. Afterwards I always received a call asking how it had been. Jurriën's personal and flexible approach has partly ensured that I will start with a fun, new challenge in just over a month. I would therefore recommend Owlie Jobs to anyone who is actively or not actively looking for a new job.
