β β β β β Good experience, it's great that you can check in and drive straight in the ferry and don't need to wait in the parking lot, like for stenna line. Though rooms in stenna line are better and the beds don't make noise which is quite annoying. Seems po ferries need to oil the folding beds joints.

β β β β β Preferred travel option for me. Good entertainment and food, comfy cabin. Slight delay disembarking cars this morning but very quick getting on.

β β β β β Wonderful welcoming staff, all very helpful, the ferry was clean throughout, the buffet style food was plentiful and delicious, so much choice. We didn't attend the bar where the main entertainment was on so could not comment but remained on the quieter deck where there is live background music either by piano or guitar. It was very relaxing a quiet. The double bed was really comfy, the room and bathroom were cleaned tidy and there was a kettle with facility to make a cuppa if needed. We were given the option on both crossings to upgrade our room which would include a TV and mini fridge but didn't feel the need for either. The crossing were both quite pleasant, you do feel some movement but it is expected. Whenever you leave the cabin yiu have to wear a mask and the staff always wore masks and cleaned the dining areas quite quickly.

β β β β β Good port very busy much going on. System in operation for loading and unloading trucks on and off the ferry. Covid aware and rules enforced mask worn. Staff very professional

I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to travel to Europe and back. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience and all your help, along with the brilliant smiles.

Everyone was polite and helpfull, i could not say anything negative about my ferry crossing.
