★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally ok. Staff is very friendly, but they don't have lots of varieties when it comes to English books. Their English collection is rather limited which I didn't expect since the place is in delft; a predominantly international student city. You shouldn't have a problem finding ant famous books or bestsellers though. Also they would offer you ordering the book if they don't have it which is pretty cool.

It feels like talking to a very uninterested student who does not CARE at all if your parcels has not arrived or that it was a Christmas present and will take NO action to solve the problem. Response was basically: "What do you want me to do about it, I can not help it?!" Immature and incompetent. Would not be surprised if she was more busy with/on her phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little Dutch bookstore with a small selection of English books for adults and chapter books for older children. Unfortunately not much in the line of English picture books for smaller children though, if that is what you are after.
