Al 225 jaar is Stadsbakkerij de Diamanten Ring een begrip in Delft en omstreken. Dagelijks wordt door ons team aan vakspecialisten vers brood en banket op ambachtelijke wijze vervaardigd. Zelfs producten als worstenbroodjes, roggebrood en ontbijtkoek worden door onze bakkers zelf gemaakt. Hierbij worden de beste grondstoffen geselecteerd en het productieproces continue geoptimaliseerd.
Met ons hele team zorgen wij ervoor dat onze producten in Delft en omgeving al jarenlang worden geroemd. Van oliebol tot tompouce, mensen weten dat ze bij Stadsbakkerij de Diamanten Ring moeten zijn voor kwalitatief hoogstaande producten. Tevens staat duurzaamheid bij ons hoog in het vaandel en willen wij het gebruik van plastic tassen zoveel mogelijk beperken, daarom hebben wij onze eigen biologische katoenen broodzakken en tassen.

The staff made a Chinese flag with impressive Chinese handwriting on the cake. This made my day and I’m really happy. Thanks for the effort of making this Chinese cake! Dank u wel!

Croissants, baguette, cakes, muffins, sweet and salty stuff.
If you have some time, you can order coffee with something from the bakery and relax outside at their terrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stadbakkerij de Diamenten Ring is not just the oldest bakery but also the best in Delft and nearby cities. Opened 7 days a week, the bakery is very popular among the locals as well as foreign visitors and tourists. It has a wide selection of freshly-baked bread, pastries, cakes, cheese rolls, cookies, etc. Currently managed by 2 young gentlemen together with a fantastic team, I could feel the warm and friendly reception once I step into the shop.
I love their ‘Ontbijkoek Hazelnoten (spiced hazelnut bread/cake) and the Gemengde zoutjes (savoury assorted pretzels).
Look forward to going back to this bakery whenever I am in Nederlands.

True to its name, this bakery in Delft is a gem. I visited the shop last month while on holiday in the Netherlands. The cosy shop was filled with freshly baked bread loaves, pastries and cakes. The staff manning the counter were friendly and one could tell that many of the customers are regulars of the bakery. I bought the cheese sticks, the Dutch cake topped with an amazing helping of hazelnuts, the butter biscuits and the coconut pastry. All were simply delicious. My favourite were the coconut pastry with a hint of passion fruit fragrance and light butter biscuits that for a few euros, they came packed in a pretty blue and white tin- it’s nice as s gift too. Shared some with my colleagues back in Singapore and they all loved it!
Will definitely visit Stadsbakkerij De Diamanten Ring again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a birthday cake for 40 persons. The taste and the quality was perfect. There are two issue that I dont like and I have some criticisms/comments; 1) the box was very fit and it was stuck to the cake. Since I wanted to open the box, the pink marzepan cover was removed and damaged. 2) the cake was big and needed a (supportive) tray/bord underneath. I coudn't take it out from the box and forced to put on my decorated table with the box!!:((
