β β β β β Just ran into this place by coincidence. Has very casual, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Almost like a friend's kitchen. Nice Spanish Jason and cheeses and wine. What else! Super sandwich, delicious chorizzi. Place to b explored!

β β β β β I couldn't tell you how the food tasted because I never got to try it. We waited for an hour, never even got the starter we ordered (simple bread&tapas dish) let alone the main dish. I can understand and respect that extraordinary circumstances are possible, but not without any explanation or apology. After wasting an hour waiting for something to happen, I paid for my drink and left. The funny thing is, the guy never even batted an eye, charged me for the drinks and didn't even ask why am I leaving. Cold.

The place is very cozy and has good Latin music.
The food is tasty, most of the products come from Spain and Portugal.
There you can also find pastel de Nata and good pastry!
The service is also good.

β β β β β The food is very nice, but the service is pretty bad. On the afternoon/evening we were there, he was alone and everything took really long, or he forgot. Later there was a women helping, but we many times had to ask for them to come, because they didn't come to our table them self and it was not so busy. We felt pretty ignored. We will not go there anymore.

β β β β β A remarkably poor service and average food! Stay away!
1) restaurant not even half full, so not busy at all
2) after 1 HOUR of waiting for our chicken and chorizo, I ask the chef if our food is coming. Instead of providing any excuses for the long wait, he looks at me and says that I should relax and not be in a hurry. He adds that if I do not want to wait more, I can go somewhere else.
The chicken is fine, the chorizo with cognac good.
3) pretty disorganised with lots of tools (hoover, ladders) around the store
4) bathroom quite dirty, without a functioning light in the menβs toilet
If you want a proper Spanish food experience, this is not the place.

β β β β β Had dinner here on 6 March 22, and the service was very poor. It took an hour after ordering to receive the first dish (a tuna salad), which was only okay but certainly doesnβt need an hour to prepare in a restaurant occupied by 1 other table. The chicken dish was also mediocre, but the chorizo with cognac sauce was very good.
The waitress informed us it was her first day and she was not too familiar with the menu. This was not her fault, but more of a criticism to management for her lack of training and no other staff to assist other than the chef who came off as quite rude.
I would avoid this restaurant unless you want to wait over an hour for just okay food.
